The Ramblers' Association promotes rambling, protects rights of way, campaigns for access to open country and defends the beauty of the countryside in England, Scotland and Wales. The Association is a democratic, voluntary organisation, which has just over 138,000 members who join the association through one of around 450 groups across the country. As well as being able to take part in organised walks, members receive copies of the quarterly Walk magazine and an annually updated Rambler’s Yearbook and Accommodation Guide.
